Food, Exercise, and YOU is designed with a whole lot of love to help YOU start your healing journey when it comes to self-love, food freedom, and loving exercise. If you feel overwhelmed when it comes to health, you don't know what foods are healthy, you hate exercising, or you feel obsessive over any of these things, this course is for you.

With this course, you'll receive 14 modules each equipped with a personalized video, reading/learning material, along with questions/prompts to work through. It is designed to be 14 weeks long but is a self-paced course!
