Your relationship with food is one of my favorite things to help you heal and develop. Whether you've been told that you're only allowed to eat 3 meals a day, you're not allowed to snack, you can't go back for seconds, you have to look to the people around you to determine whether you're hungry or not, you can't eat certain foods, or food is the enemy and will keep you from reaching your goals...it's NORMAL. Most of us struggle with food, and I'm here to remind you that you're not alone. AND, I'm also here to help you learn to love and enjoy food.
Food support looks different depending on what YOU need! I do everything from macro nutrition and intuitive eating plans, to weekly grocery lists, laid out meal plans, and recipes.
